Keto Breakfast Biscuits

My sister in law made some delicious breakfast drop biscuits and I’ve been wanting to make a keto version of them. I finally got it right! Hope you enjoy these Keto Breakfast Biscuits as much as we do.

Keto Breakfast Biscuits

Ingredients

  • ½ lb bacon and/or sausage, cooked and drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ C coconut flour
  • ½ t baking powder
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ C shredded cheese
  • ½ t garlic powder
  • 1 t parsley

Instructions

Combine cooked sausage, bacon, and cream cheese.

In medium bowl, add coconut flour, baking powder, garlic, and eggs. Mix well.

Stir in meat mixture and shredded cheese. 

Drop onto a greased baking sheet using a small cookie scoop.

Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.

While baking, mix softened butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Set aside.

While rolls are warm, spread butter mixture on top.

Made 24 biscuits. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. They are so good warmed up.
