Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole I make this Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole and Overnight Baked French Toast on Christmas Eve and put them in the oven on Christmas morning while we are opening presents. I love mixing sausage, bacon, and ham but you can use whatever breakfast meats your family likes. Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole Ingredients 2 lb breakfast meats (sausage, ham, bacon) 1 (30 oz) bag frozen tater tots 1 t salt 1/2 t pepper 1/4 t garlic powder 1/4 t onion powder 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 C mozzarella cheese 8 eggs 2 C milk Instructions Cook breakfast meat until done. Drain fat. In a large bowl, toss together tater tots, cooked meat, and cheeses. Pour into a lightly greased 9×13 pan. Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and milk.
