Chocolate Fluffernutter Crackers

Chocolate Fluffernutter Crackers

I like to try a new candy each year for Christmas. One of my friends used to make these with just peanut butter and I decided to add the marshmallow fluff for an additional kick. They are so yummy! Love the flavor combination!

Chocolate Fluffernutter Crackers

Ingredients

  • Ritz crackers
  • Peanut butter, creamy
  • Marshmallow fluff
  • Chocolate chips or candy melts (white and milk)
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

Spread small layer of peanut butter on half of Ritz crackers. Lay out on cookie sheet.

Spread small layer of marshmallow fluff on other half of Ritz crackers. Place on top of crackers with peanut butter on them to make “sandwiches”.

Melt chocolate in glass bowl in microwave. Cook in 30 second increments, stirring until melted.

Dip cracker sandwiches in melted chocolate. You can use a fork or dipping tool. These are the ones I have. Tap tool on the edge of the bowl to smooth out the chocolate.

Lay them on parchment paper to dry. Shake decorative sprinkles on top.
