Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole
I make this Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole and Overnight Baked French Toast on Christmas Eve and put them in the oven on Christmas morning while we are opening presents.
I love mixing sausage, bacon, and ham but you can use whatever breakfast meats your family likes.

Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lb breakfast meats (sausage, ham, bacon)
- 1 (30 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t onion powder
- 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C mozzarella cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 C milk
Instructions
Cook breakfast meat until done. Drain fat.
In a large bowl, toss together tater tots, cooked meat, and cheeses.
Pour into a lightly greased 9×13 pan.

Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and milk.

Pour over tater tot mixture.

**Cover and refrigerate at this point if baking later.
Bake at 350 for 60 – 70 minutes, or until eggs are set.
