Instant Pot Lasagna Soup

‘Tis the season for SOUP! I LOVE soup. Especially in the cold Utah winters. I found this recipe for Instant Pot Lasagna Soup a few months ago and couldn’t wait to try it. Fast forward to now, and I’ve made it many times since then. Love. Love. Love. It!

Instant Pot Lasagna Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 t onion salt
  • 1 C canned tomatoes, diced
  • 40 oz chicken broth
  • 1 (24 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 C noodles, uncooked (I used bowtie)
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t oregano
  • 1 C mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Set Instant Pot to saute. Add olive oil, ground beef, and onion salt. Brown ground beef.

Add all other ingredients, except mozzarella. Make sure noodles are completely covered by liquid ingredients.

Switch setting to manual high pressure for 3 minutes.

Do a quick release and remove lid.

Top with mozzarella cheese.
